Senior Iraqi Militia Leader Dies in Israeli Strike
Haider al-Moussawi, who led the security division of the militia group Kata'ib Sayyid al-Shuhada, lost his life in the assault, according to a statement issued by the pro-Iran faction, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq.
The statement also confirmed that Abu Ali al-Khalil, an assistant to Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, along with his son, were victims of the same attack.
The fatalities resulted from an Israeli strike targeting the border region between Iraq and Iran, though no further specifics were provided.
